Partners and vendors

Bring the right capability closer to the buyer.

We welcome structured introductions from machinery manufacturers, product vendors, fabricators, technicians, resellers and ecosystem partners relevant to commercial kitchens and small processing units. This includes trusted brands such as Kalsi, whose machines we have sold and supported for years.

Why approach us

A physical market presence with an owned digital front door.

We combine a long-standing G.B. Road trading identity, a broad public product range and direct access to buyers who need help selecting equipment.

A productive partnership should improve at least one buyer outcome: fit, availability, documentation, delivery readiness, commissioning, spares or after-sales support.

No implied appointment: an introduction through this website does not create a dealership, exclusivity, territory, purchase commitment, service authorization or volume promise.

Partner routes

Tell us what you can reliably deliver.

Bring a clear category, geography, evidence and commercial proposal. Generic mass messages are difficult for us to evaluate.

A useful introduction

The strongest partner proposals are easy to check and easy to match to a customer need.

  • Legal business name, GST registration and primary contact
  • Workshop, warehouse or service-base location
  • Relevant product or capability categories
  • Current catalogue and verified technical sheets
  • Price basis, commercial terms and minimum order
  • Lead times, stock position and service geography
  • Warranty, spare-parts and issue-resolution process
  • References that may be contacted with permission

Our promise to buyers depends on the quality of information and fulfilment behind every quoted machine.

02

Declare

State exclusions, dependencies, lead times and service limits before order.

03

Document

Provide written model, scope, warranty and commercial information.

04

Coordinate

Keep buyer, Sarhadi and delivery or service parties aligned.

05

Resolve

Respond to genuine issues with a clear owner and evidence trail.

Partner questions

Before you send a proposal.

Does Sarhadi offer exclusive dealership?

No exclusivity or territory is promised through this website. Any appointment requires separate commercial and legal evaluation followed by a written agreement.

Can a technician be shown as part of Sarhadi's service network?

Only after capability, identity, geography, commercial terms and the operating process are verified. Third-party capability should be presented accurately and not as in-house capability.

What product information is essential?

Model, application, capacity basis, material, motor or utilities, dimensions, weight, accessories, site requirements, warranty, spares, price basis, delivery and support coverage.

Can I send a general catalogue?

Yes, but identify the specific categories relevant to our customer base and explain why. A focused proposal is more useful to us than an undifferentiated catalogue.

Relevant capability?

Make the introduction specific enough to evaluate.
