How we help

Not just a machine. Uptime.

Plenty of sellers can quote you a price by this afternoon. What matters more is who still picks up the phone a year later, has the part on the shelf, and sends someone the same day. That is what we are trying to be for every customer.

What we promise

What we put in writing.

These are not vague claims. Each one is something we will put in writing for you.

On-ground engineer you can call Same-day repair, where possible Parts held in stock locally Written warranty Written annual maintenance contract Free advice before you buy Help with subsidy paperwork

Why this matters

A machine that stops is a business that stops.

If your kneader or grinder goes down mid-morning, you are not shopping for the cheapest replacement part. You need it fixed, today, by someone who already knows the machine.

That is the whole idea behind an annual maintenance contract with us: you are not paying for a visit, you are paying to never have to wonder who to call. We would rather sign a contract with you once than sell you a spare part every few months and hope you remember us next time.

From question to quotation

A clearer buying process.

Not every service applies to every machine or destination. Availability, responsibility and charges are always confirmed in writing before you commit.

01

Requirement definition

We translate your business task into useful operating facts: input material, desired output, batch pattern, site location, utilities and timeline. This first conversation is free, whether or not you buy from us.

  • Application and product
  • Hourly or batch output
  • Power, space and access
  • Operating and cleaning context
02

Option discussion

We talk through suitable equipment types and the trade-offs that matter. The goal is a shortlist that fits your actual work, not the largest or cheapest model by default.

  • Capacity and configuration
  • Product-contact material
  • Manual, semi-automatic or automatic operation
  • Accessories and wear parts
03

Sourcing and quotation

We confirm the current machine, supplier information, commercial terms and exactly what is included or excluded, in writing.

  • Model and verified specification
  • Price, taxes and validity
  • Payment and delivery terms, including instalments where suitable
  • Warranty and exclusions
04

Delivery coordination

We discuss destination, access, unloading and movement to the working position before dispatch, so responsibility is clear at every step.

  • Freight basis and destination
  • Vehicle and unloading access
  • Stair, lift and doorway constraints
  • Your site-readiness responsibilities
05

Fitting and commissioning

Where applicable, we agree who will position, connect, test and demonstrate the machine. This is never assumed from the equipment price alone.

  • Electrical, water, drainage or ventilation readiness
  • Connection and testing responsibility
  • Operator presence during handover
  • Acceptance and issue reporting
06

Spares and after-sales

This is where we try to be different. We discuss common wear parts, care and available support before your machine becomes critical to daily production, not after it fails.

  • Recommended starting spares held for your machine
  • Cleaning and routine care guidance
  • An on-ground engineer you can reach directly
  • Annual maintenance contract terms, if you want one

Scope discipline

Written beats assumed.

A commercial machinery quotation should make the boundary of responsibility visible.

  • What exactly is being supplied?
  • Which specifications are confirmed?
  • Which accessories are included?
  • Who pays for freight, unloading and movement?
  • What must you prepare at the site?
  • Who performs fitting, testing and training?
  • What warranty and service terms apply?

What not to assume

Questions that protect both sides.

Clear expectations reduce avoidable disputes, delays and unsuitable orders.

Does every machine include installation?

No general promise is made. Your quotation will state whether installation, fitting, commissioning or demonstration is included, separately charged, handled by the manufacturer, or your responsibility.

Can Sarhadi guarantee an output figure?

Output depends on material, feed, operator, machine condition and process. A quoted capacity is tied to the supplier's verified specification and your specific operating conditions.

Is service available everywhere in India?

No blanket geographic service claim is made. Support options are confirmed by machine and location before your order, so you know exactly what to expect.

Can a site visit be arranged?

Share your location, machine type and decision stage on WhatsApp. Availability and any charge can then be discussed. A site visit should have a clear purpose and a short checklist of what to look at.

What should I do before delivery?

Confirm access, unloading, final position, utilities, floor readiness and who is authorized to receive the machine. For larger equipment, verify dimensions and the movement path before dispatch.

Do you help with PMFME or other subsidy paperwork?

Yes, where we can. If you are setting up a micro food processing unit with government subsidy support, tell us at the start of the conversation and we will try to put together a quotation that matches what your application needs.

Existing machine issue?

Describe the symptom, not only the machine name.

Share the model, age, location, what changed, any sound or vibration, error indication and whether the machine is safe to inspect. Do not operate unsafe equipment.

Useful evidence

  • Nameplate photograph
  • Full machine photograph
  • Short description of the symptom
  • When the issue began
  • Recent repair or electrical event
  • Site and access details
